Official Terms and Conditions

Mother’s Day Giveaway 2024:

1. To enter, all entrants must follow East Ivanhoe Village on Instagram.
2. Comment on the giveaway post.
3. Entrants must be aged 18+ years. We reserve the right to remove any entries that do not meet these conditions or that we suspect were uploaded by entrants under 18 years.
4. Prize draw includes 

1st Prize: 2 nights staying at the Intercontinental Sorrento with breakfast, dinner and spa treatments! Valued at $2,300*
2nd Prize: Hair, Beauty and Fashion Pamper Pack valued at $500
3rd Prize: Hair, Beauty and Fashion Pamper Pack valued at $400 

5. The winners will be drawn at random and announced on the 8.5.24 and contacted on the 10.5.24 via our Instagram account .
6. Giveaway commences 12.4.24 and closes 7.5.24 (11.59am)
7. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or cash given in lieu.
8. To enter this competition you must meet all of the giveaway requirements and use a valid Instagram profile so that we may contact you.
9. Prize is non transferable and not redeemable for cash. Conditions and restrictions apply.
10. Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM. Prize will be redrawn should the winner not make contact within 14 days of notification.
11. We reserve the right to remove any entries that do not adhere to the competition rules/requirements or that we deem to be fake or offensive.
12. East Ivanhoe Village Traders their staff, agencies and families are ineligible to enter.
13. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
